Tapped for a 5-40 screw.

You will need to reuse the lock and spring from your current magazine release, or purchase a new lock and spring. 

**ROCK ISLAND HC VERSION FITS HIGH CAPACITY MODELS ONLY**

Rock Island HC version is designed for the Tac Ultra and Pro Match models, and will not work on single stack 1911 models.

**NOTE**

The Rock Island HC version may work in other Rock Island high capacity models, but due to variation in production tolerances and different models produced over the years, we can't guarantee fitment in any pistol other than the Tac Ultra and Pro Match models.
