1911/2011 Conventional recoil springs. 

 Using the correct spring can mean faster follow up shots. We recommend anywhere from 5 lb to 9 lb spring for most reduced power 9mm loads. (3gun loads)

 We use hash marks, instead of paint, on the end of our springs to indicate spring weight. This is a clean and permanent method to mark spring weight. 

 It is common for 9mm 1911 guns to come from the factory with a 12LB recoil spring. 

**5 and 6 pound springs are VARIABLE power spring**
